Colleen Sullivan, owner and full-time therapist, opened our office in 2006 here on Sullivan Avenue. We have been grateful to be part of this growing community. We continue to provide excellent hands on care to our clients as well as be a resource for health and wellness related questions and concerns. We treat all ages from youth to elderly related issues. We accept all insurances including self pay; we are open early 7 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday and have recently added Saturday hours. We believe that once you are our client you are always part of our family.

Colleen Cronin Sullivan graduated from Springfield College in 1997 with her Masters in PT and has continued her quest to be a therapist that 

embodies the motto Spirit, Mind and Body within her treatment styles.She continues to believe in hands- on treatments with one on one care in order to provide a unique treatment for each of her clients. She has certifications in dry needling, GRASTON techniques, Vestibular treatments and has extensive experience with biomechanical evaluations as well as orthotic fitting. She was encouraged to open her own office 17 yrs ago and has been grateful for this opportunity to become part of the South Windsor community and to continue to grow our business. Colleen has been a very active member of our Chamber of Commerce, including the Executive Board past several years. She spends her free time travelling with her husband, heading to the beach, golfing, enjoying time outside or spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Jennifer Fannon, DPT

Jen graduated from American International College and joined the Physical Therapy Plus Team in August of 2020. As a lifetime athlete,
Jen epitomizes the importance of teamwork and thereby works closely with her clients on meeting their personal goals. As a result, she became BStrong Band Certified in Blood Flow Restriction Exercise, a modality used to increase muscle hypertrophy at lower intensities. She currently possesses special skills in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy, Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, and joint mobilization techniques. If you see Jen outside the clinic, then she is probably running. Jen is a former NCAA DII Cross Country/Track&Field athlete who is actively aspiring to run all 6 of the Abbott World Marathons.

Lauren Flores, PTA

Lauren is a Physical Therapist Assistant whose interest in human anatomy and love for fitness and sports led her into her career.

She is passionate about guiding her patients through the rehabilitation process and helping them regain maximum function with a combination of manual techniques and exercise. In her free time, Lauren enjoys participating in Spinning and bootcamp classes, as well as spending time with her husband, two kids, and dogs.
